CMI Water offers a 25 Year Warranty on all New Tanks

The warranty can not be transferred and only applies to the original Purchaser of the tank.

CMI Water retains the right to inspect any tank where a claim has been lodged

Freight and any additional costs incurred in the replacement or repair of a tank will be paid by the Purchaser.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement only. It does not extend to cover any additional or consequential claim, loss, expense or demand. The Purchaser specifically indemnifies and holds blameless CMI Water from such losses and expenses.
