CMI Electrical
CMI's Electrical Components Division manufactures a range of specialist cabling and electrical products. These products include power and communication cables/assemblies, computer cabling, along with plugs and high voltage couplers.

The division's products are sold predominantly to the mining, construction, petrochemical and IT industries in Australia.

High value coupler products are also exported to the mining sectors in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, US and China. Operations are conducted from several manufacturing and distribution facilities in Australia.

The division's primary manufacturing plant is located at Meadowbank in Sydney. This plant operates to the international quality standards QS9001 and QS9002.

TJM Products
This division is one of Australia's two largest manufacturers and marketers of specialty 4WD and light commercial vehicle accessories. Its product range encompasses bull bars, canopies, side/rear protection bars, roof racks, fuel/water tanks, winches, suspensions, snorkels, towbars, lighting and other specialist accessories.

Major brand names which are manufactured or distributed by the division are TJM, Series 2000 Suspension, TourerTop Canopies, OX Hydraulic Winches and Airtec Snorkels.

The division's major manufacturing factory in Brisbane operates to the international quality standard QS9000.
Accessories produced or marketed are compatible with a vast majority of the 4WD and light commercial models marketed in Australia and overseas by leading manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan, Holden, Ford, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru, Jeep and Land Rover.

The division's products are supplied to 'after market' users in Australia such as motor dealerships and 4WD accessory distributors and are also exported to numerous overseas markets. Products are also fitted as original equipment parts in Australia by car manufacturers including Mitsubishi, Nissan and Mazda, for their 4WD and light commercial models.

Acquired effective from July 2003, Capitalcorp is the cornerstone of CMI’s new financial services division and supplies products comprising:

• Personal loans - car loans, boat loans, unsecured personal loans
• Commercial finance - leases, hire purchases, operating & rental finance, novated leases, business loans & factoring
• Insurance - motor vehicle insurance, personal loan protection insurance, gap cover insurance

As an established and successful finance brokerage business, Capitalcorp loans are originated through more than 80 lenders, including a number of primary finance providers such as Esanda, GE Automotive Financial Services, Westpac, ANZ, NAB and St George.
